How to use: Upon purchase, soak in warm water for a few seconds to soften the texture. Add your favorite soap or body wash (Sunu Body's African Black Soap is perfect) and work it into a lather. Scrub in circular motions from head to toe, paying extra attention to rough areas like elbows, knees, and heels. Extend the sponge and scrub in a back-and-forth motion to clean your back or hard-to-reach areas. Rinse, squeeze out excess water, and hang to dry.
