Thank you for shopping with Sunu Body. Every order is handled with care and intention to ensure you receive your products in excellent condition. Please review our shipping policy below before completing your purchase.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within up to 14 business days of your purchase date.
Our products are handcrafted and made in small batches, so slight variations and processing times may occur.

If your order requires more than 14 business days to ship, you will automatically receive a 25% courtesy discount from Sunu Body as a gesture of appreciation for your patience and support.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Sunu Body is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier. Once your order is in the hands of the postal service, it is no longer under our control.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly (e.g., USPS, UPS, or DHL) with your tracking number for assistance in filing a claim or locating your shipment.

By purchasing from Sunu Body, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any issues that occur after the carrier has taken possession of your package.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to make changes once an order has been fulfilled and are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently offer free domestic shipping on select promotions when applicable.

International Orders

International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
